Prescriptions for Healthy Living & Links

We are spiritual beings
enjoying a human experience. If we're to experience inner peace, health, abundance and love we must take care of
and give to ourselves on all levels—mind,
body and spirit. No matter how much another adores you, it's not their job to make sure you're living
your highest and best life. It's yours. Fortunately, God has blessed each of us with everything that
we need to create a life we can love, one that shines with meaning and bubbles over with love and abundance. We
need only claim it. With each new day comes another opportunity to renew and deepen our commitment to extreme self
care. Believe me when I tell you, you so deserve your own time and attention!
Below are what I call prescriptions for living a healthy, whole,
joy filled and peaceful life. Every week commit to doing at least three new things from the list and notice
how delicious and empowered you feel. ~ In joy! DeBora
